Description
This luxury family holiday villa in Jávea is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in an exclusive area of Jávea close to Jávea Golf Club. The villa sleeps up to 12 people. The house is built to a high standard and the arched tosca stone terrace, typical of this area provide shade by the pool. The entrance to the property is through electronic wrought iron gates, where you are greeted by the beautiful landscaped Mediterranean gardens.
Accommodation comprises of Ground floor a large entrance hall with cloakroom and w.c, a spacious well fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob & dishwasher. Adjacent to kitchen is the utility room with washing machine. We move on into the open plan living and dining areas which overlook the pool area. On this level there are also two bedrooms, both of which have air conditioning and therefore nice and cool during the summer months. The bedrooms have en-suite accses to a shared bathroom between the rooms.
Moving on upstairs, we have the master bedroom with en-suite and air conditioning. A further two bedrooms upstairs; both fitted with air conditioning share the family bathroom. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper terrace which overlooks the pool area.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The pool is approximately 6×12 meters with roman end steps and a cascading horizon in the deep end, and also a pool slide. There is a BBQ house with a bar and bottle fridge and also a separate shower and w.c. Ample sunbeds are provided with terrace furniture for al-fresco dining by the pool. The gardens are landscaped, lawned and securely enclosed and therefore child friendly. The driveway has ample parking for several cars.
The villa is situated only five to ten minutes drive from the old town of Jávea with its markets, shops, bars and restaurants yet it´s five to ten minutes drive to the nearest beaches. The beach town of Moraira is only 10-15 minutes by car also and definitely worth a visit.

Mountain Views
The property has open aspects views. To the south we can see the Puig Llorença on Cumbre del Sol. This hill is used in the Vuelta España bike race and is well know locally and a must do challenge for any rider. To the north we can see the Montgo which rises to 753 metres and is quite spectacular to look at given its similarities to an elephant.

“Just back from a fantastic family holiday at Casa Los Arcos. We were a party of 8 adults, a 15 year old, 7 year old and 3 year old and the size and spaciousness of the property was perfect. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ area was a godsend with its huge industrial fridge to house all our drinks ? The indoor kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, (including a huge paella pan!) The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and set our perfectly on the floor plan to accommodate young children being close to parents. The pool area and views were wonderful. We have a family holiday to a villa every year and this was by far the best we have stayed at. It was our first time here however, it won’t be the last. Perfect!“

I’m pleased to see Dale & Louise have since updated the photos, as the previous ones didn’t do the property justice, I can honestly say it’s just as beautiful as it looks on the website. For those of you that don’t know Javea, it’s the pearl of the Costa Blanca. The villa is situated on the most prestigious urbanisations in the area. It´s quiet and secluded yet only minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants. The villa is modern and spotlessly clean, great quality linen and towels. The garden is stunningly maintained, and the pool is kept sparkling. We love the BBQ and summer kitchen and spend most of our time outside. Dale and Louise are charming, helpful unobtrusive hosts. 100% we will be back again!”
