The house is built to a high standard and the arched tosca stone terrace, typical of this area which offers shade by the pool. The entrance to the villa is through electronic wrought iron gates, where you are greeted by the beautiful landscaped meditteranean gardens.
The gardens are ample with lawns and mature palm trees. The swimming pool has a large terrace with sunbeds and summer kitchen, comprising of gas BBQ and bottle cooler.

“Just back from a fantastic family holiday at Casa Los Arcos. We were a party of 8 adults, a 15 year old, 7 year old and 3 year old and the size and spaciousness of the property was perfect. The outdoor kitchen/BBQ area was a godsend with its huge industrial fridge to house all our drinks ? whilst the indoor kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, (including a huge paella pan!) The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and set our perfectly on the floor plan to accommodate young children being close to parents etc… The pool area and views were wonderful. We have a family holiday to a villa every year and this was by far the best we have stayed at. It was our first time here but certainly won’t be the last. Perfect!“

“This is our second visit now, we stayed back in 2017 and loved it! I’m pleased to see Dale & Louise have since updated the photos, as the previous ones didn’t do the property justice, I can honestly say it’s just as beautiful as it looks on the website. For those of you that don’t know Javea, it’s the pearl of the Costa Blanca, and the villa is situated on one of the most prestigious urbanisations in the area, it´s quiet and secluded yet only minutes drive to the nearest shops and restaurants .The villa is modern and spotlessly clean, great quality linen and towels, the gardens are stunningly maintained, and the pool is kept sparkling. We love the BBQ and summer kitchen and spend most of our time outside. Dale and Louise are charming, helpful unobtrusive hosts. 100% we will be back again!”
